Welcome to the official website of the Cochran Municipal Airport, a general aviation airport owned by the City of Cochran, located in Bleckley County, Georgia, and operated by the Cochran-Bleckley Airport Authority (CBAA) (“Airport,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

This Site is provided for general informational purposes related to airport operations, services, events, public notices, and community outreach. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

All persons using airport facilities—including runways, taxiways, ramps, hangars, terminal areas, and public spaces—are subject to:

• Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations
   
• Applicable Georgia state laws
   
• Bleckley County ordinances
   
• Airport rules, minimum standards, and policies
   

Nothing on this Site supersedes official airport regulations or lawful directives issued by airport management or government authorities.

If the Site permits donations or payments:

• Contributions are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated
   
• Funds may be used to support airport improvements, operations, events, and community outreach at the discretion of the Airport and CBAA.
   
• Donors are responsible for determining the tax-deductibility of contributions under applicable law
   

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design—is the property of the Airport or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Photos used on the site may be Free-Stock images.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action arising from use of this Site shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Bleckley County, Georgia.
